In the new James Bond movie Spectre, all the crazy explosions and collapsing buildings are created by one guy. And he’s not even the main villain

Staring across a completely empty Westminster Bridge in central London is, well, weird. It’s a clear, damp night and I can see Big Ben’s lights reflecting on wet asphalt that would normally be covered by a chaotic snarl of brake lights and black cabs.
